Ovation guitars
Made by the Ovation Guitar Company – a manufacturer of string instruments. Ovation primarily manufactures steel-string acoustic guitars (both 6 and 12-string versions) and nylon-string guitars, often with pickups for electric amplification. The company’s Ovation and Adamas guitars are known for their round backs, which gives them a recognisable shape. The latter are also well known for the use of carbon fiber tops (instead of the typically wood tops for acoustic guitars).

Ovation hard cases
Since purchasing a second hand case for my 1980 Ovation Balladeer 1111 I have wondered how you match a vintage Ovation to the right case. I made a video and have discussed this with Ovation communities online. Here are my notes:
